Southside Bank offers mobile banking applications via the Google Play and Apple App stores for download. To utilize these services, account holders must download the mobile application and complete the electronic enrollment form that is linked on the login page of the mobile applications, or can be found on southside.com. The mobile applications for Google Play and Apple will require, or request permissions for access to certain device features to utilize specific functions. This Privacy Notice constitutes the Southside Bank Do Not Call Policy under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for all consumers. We do not solicit via telephone numbers listed on the state or federal Do Not Call lists, unless the law allows. Southside Bank employees receive training on how to document and process telephone marketing choices. Consumers who ask not to receive telephone solicitations from Southside Bank will be placed on the Southside Bank Do Not Call list and will not be called in any future campaigns, including those of Southside Bank affiliates.
