Southside Bank wants to make it as easy as possible for you to complete the mortgage application process. You can pay the required mortgage appraisal fee online using your debit or credit card.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge you have submitted your loan application and have been provided a Loan Estimate or other written documentation that contains estimated credit costs and transaction terms of your new loan. You also acknowledge you have reviewed the Loan Estimate and indicated your intention to proceed with the transaction identified in the Loan Estimate provided.

Disclosures:

DO NOT use this service to make a payment on an existing Southside Bank loan.
Payments can only be made once the appropriate Mortgage documents have been received by Southside Bank.
Payments made after 6 p.m., weekends and holidays will be effective the next business day.
Any disputed transaction will result in payment reversal from your loan and may result in a delay in processing your mortgage application.
