• Combined with up-to-date industry fraud information, our monitoring tool then reviews each of your transactions.
  
  
• If any transaction is considered abnormal or suspicious, the automated service will contact you via email, text, phone call, or letter to verify the transaction. Please ensure all of your information is up to date.
  
  
• If you confirm the transaction, no further action is taken.
  
  
• If you indicate that you did not authorize the transaction, your card will immediately be blocked to prevent more fraud.
  
  
• In cases when the automated system cannot reach you, it will leave a message. Your card may temporarily be blocked until you return the call.
